This will describe who we are, what we do, how we operate and what we are looking for. Radpol S.A. is a leading Polish manufacturer of radio and radiotelephone communications equipement for professional use. They are used by military, police, fire brigades, border guards, prison guards and others who need radio communication devices to perform their work. All of our equipment meets the requirements of European Telecommunication Standard Institute - ETSI. We are currently selling our equipment in Poland and exporting to many countries but not yet to your country. Our firm was founded in 1948 with 25 employees. We now have close to 230 employees and our annual sales this past year totaled $6,000,000. Our financial and operations status can be confirmed by national credit agencies. We are also a member of Polish Chamber of Commerce and European Chamber of Commerce. Our products are sold by a network of distributors who purchase directly from our factory. Our distributors must have the capability to install the equipment and provide warranty and non-warranty service. They must be willing not only to sell our radios but also to service them. Our distributors receive a 25% discount (25% commission) from our recommended list price. We also fully support our distributors with technical advice, express shippments when needed, and other support services. It is our policy to work with a dealer on a trial basis using either prepayment or payment by a confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit. When the distributor has demonstrated he can sell and service our products with a profit, we are open to other credit and payment options.
